Payment card data is entered directly into the provider's secure payment interface; Magio Studios does not store it.

To the extent Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and determines processing necessary for payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and fraud prevention, it may act as an independent controller of personal data. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate GDPR transfer mechanisms apply, including standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other valid transfer tools declared by the provider for international data transfers.
